QSSA offers a free mentoring service to support the on-going development of people directly involved in influencing the safety culture within any aviation organization.

Our mentoring relationships with you are intended to be informal and confidential, and may be only to assist in resolving an immediate question/issue, or to support long-term development work on safety policy and programs.
